Message	Used to be able to get tickets dropped with an attorney pretty easy. But with the economy what I have had happen to me as well as some friends (we all use traffic attorney's) they reduce it down to a cell phone violation which has the highest non moving violation cost. So you still pay for the ticket and attorney fee's but no points on the license or insurance hikes.
